Enjoy the last part of our Brittany Murphy interview. 

Me: Yeah. Can you share a life that most influenced your life as Brittany Murphy?

Brittany (clapping her hands together): My god.

Jamie (chuckling): She says, “Oh my god” quite a bit.

Me: I can just see that.

(Long pause)

Jamie (to Brittany): What is that?

(Pause)

Jamie (to Brittany): No, just tell me. You don’t have to give me the pictures. She’s showing me memories. This is a life that’s in the future. It’s not a life from the past. I’m in (pause) Tell me what that is! (Pause) That’s a music studio? Holy cow! It looks like a spaceship. I asked her if we were in flight, and she said we weren’t. It’s all stainless steel, buttons and knobs. It looks like a spaceship. She’s in a life where she’s making music. She’s a woman. She’s producing music, and she owns the studio. It’s hers. She’s married.

Brittany (clapping): Yay! I’m married!

Me: Aw.

Jamie: She’s really happy about being married.

Brittany: I was always behind the scenes in that life, and I wanted to do something that was in front of the scenes. The trick was, I really have a hard time balancing out. I do one thing, and I do it really, really well. I have a hard time adding other things to my life and keep my balance. In this life, I have a family; I have a wonderful marriage; I got to be a part of music, but I never got the stage.

Me: Ah.

Brittany: I think that experience led me to want to be on the stage. I got that, but I failed to have sweet marriage and kids, and of course, as many people would want to see the stupidity of my death.

Jamie (t Brittany): No, I don’t think everybody sees it like that.

Me: Of course not. You know, between the two lives, you had it all. Think of it that way.

Brittany: I do like to think of it that way. I just mush those two together. Every life offers different experiences. If you didn’t like the shoes that you had in this life, guess what? You can completely change them for another one.

Me: That’s right. So anything else about that life?

Brittany: No. I think that was the one that drove me to be this person that I was.

Me: Excellent. Do you have any messages for us? Any words of wisdom?

Jamie: When she opens her eyes, she’s got a little white. Her eyes. I mean they can get so round.

Me: Yes. They’re so beautiful, too.

Brittany: A message? Hm. Never be afraid to ask for help. It won’t bruise your ego. It will just increase you r knowledge.

Me: I like that.

Brittany: Yeah, yeah. That was big for me. Yeah, yeah.

Me: She says that a lot. “Yeah, yeah.” How about you, Erik? Would you like to ask Brittany anything?

(Pause)

Jamie (to Erik, laughing): No, that’s not a question.

Erik: I like you a lot with brown hair as well as blond.

Me: Oh, okay. I’m sure she had both. So any question, Erik?

Erik: Nope.

Me: Have you two met before?

(Pause)

Jamie (to Erik): Um I’m the one you need to talk to, not each other.

Me: Huh?

Jamie: They’re talking to each other.

Me: Okay.

Erik: No, we didn’t know each other from before.

Me: No, I mean have you guys met before in the afterlife?

Erik: Yes.

Me: Okay, Well you’re just a social butterfly over there.

Erik: I think I have to be with all those names on our list.

Me: I know!

Erik: Don’t you want them to say, “yes?”

Me: Yeah, that’s true. All right. Well, thank you so much, Brittany. I appreciate this, and I’m so glad you that you’re in a place that you deserve. It’s wonderful; it’s beautiful.

Brittany (whispering): Thank you.

Me: Aw.

Brittany: I love you guys. Thank you so much.

Me: Well, guess what? We love you, too!

Jamie: She’s so nice!

Me: She is.

Jamie: I thought maybe she’d have a little bit more attitude.

Me: No, she’s very sweet.

Brittany: Y’all have a good day, okay?

Jamie: Oh, that’s it. The south. Y’all.

Me: Yeah! Okay, be, Brittany.

Jamie: She waves her hand rally fast, then leaves.
