Recently I wrote that Erik has been messing around with my YouTube experience. Then I figured that if he can play around with what I view then he must be pretty technical, which I am not and perhaps I could persuade him to solve my pc problems.

For the past few months I have been experiencing a problem with starting up my pc. It takes about 15 minutes for my pc to ready itself for use after I switch it on. So I asked Erik if he could speed up the start up. Next thing I know there was a Windows update required and now my pc starts up presto. Since last week I have also been experiencing buffering and scratchy audio which should not be the case as my internet connection is quite high speed. Again I asked Erik if he could do something about it. Next day the problems were resolved. I said ‘thank-you Erik’ several times but back of my mind there was a doubt that it could be merely a coincidence that my pc problems were resolving themselves. But Erik let me know it was him by again deleting a movie from my YouTube history which I had watched halfway while leaving the rest of the history intact. Hey Erik, you’re the BEST!
