This blog post is mostly several YouTubes that I’ve been meaning to share, but I have to start out with this lovely Erik Encounter!

Hi Elisa,

first of all, thank you for doing what you’re doing. And thank you for bringing Erik into this world, you seem like such an amazing mother. I believe Erik is telling me to tell you that because my eyes are tearing up from all the love I feel as I’m writing it.

I have been developing my spirituality since I was little, and yet, the other side never ceases to amaze me and catch me by surprise. Isn’t this life just so wondrous that you can’t wrap your head around it?

So I was reading your book, and have read many like it (Michael Newton, Brian L Weiss, Dolores Cannon, etc.), but it hit me right in the soul. I couldn’t stop reading, it felt so familiar, like reading about close friends. I felt so happy and uplifted by your words. Everything made complete sense.

I was up until three in the morning just reading. Suddenly I felt like I wasn’t alone, and I felt shivers all over my thighs. I turn the page, and there I read about goosebumps on the thighs. So I knew Erik was here, and visits from spirits always freak me out a bit, because the ones who need help to cross over seek me out, and sometimes not in the gentlest of ways. I felt like someone was really close, looking at me, like jokingly peeping over the duvet. So I was a bit spooked and asked the goosebumps to stop, which they did.

Anyway, when I calmed down I felt really happy. I started talking to Erik. I asked, if he wasn’t too busy, that he would consider helping me with becoming the best version of myself, enjoying life, being understanding, etc. But only if he had time. I continued reading the book, and in the book it was early days for your guys and it was still difficult for him to be in many places at once, so I immediately told him he didn’t have to help me, I have my guides to ask for help, “be with your family” I said. I didn’t realise that the book was written years ago, and that he actually helps people for a job.

So, the next day I went to bed, and Erik came to me in my dreams. He even woke me up. I dreamt that he turned the water faucet on, and then shut it off. I went to the water faucet, and I bumped into his energy and said: “it’s Erik!”. His energy swirled with mine, I think he was hugging me, and I got so dizzy and overwhelmed with his energy I had to ask him to stop, I felt a strong bump of energy in my chest and it woke me up very suddenly. I was still enveloped in goosebumps and strong tingling sensation after I’d woken up. And I knew Erik wanted to tell me that it is okay to ask him for help.

So now he teaches me how to stay connected to the Christ consciousness, and how to create the best reality for our highest good. Isn’t that just amazing?

I feel more than ever that it is such a privilege to have a physical body, to eat oranges (how amazing are oranges btw?), to fall in love, to swim in the ocean. I wanna take the best care of my body as I possibly can now, to be able to fully enjoy all the physical experiences here on earth. This planet is a magical being. What a blessing to get to co-exist with her. I love being a human being, it is the coolest thing ever. I believe that is Erik’s teaching.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had a spirit attached to me these past few days, and today he came with me to a friends house. I asked the spirit while I  was driving ‘how does he travel with me to other places.’ Did they float alongside the vehicle? I assumed the spirits just stayed at the house. He said ‘I’m sitting in the back seat’. And I saw him sitting there in the back seat. About 30 minutes later, while still driving, I see him ‘sucked’ out of the vehicle. He looked so surprised.
