I was in bed and was three quarters in to his book ‘My Life After Death’’, not sure what chapter but the one that he explains that he’s everywhere and that ‘his ass was even in between the pages of this book’ I was reading and that if anyone needed help they just needed to reach out to him.

I had been very emotional reading his story and it triggered my sadness of being estranged from my eldest son and as he said ‘emotion is energy’ I used it to reach out to him to ask him to remind my son that I loved him and missed him and that life was too short.

I had no idea how I would know if Erik passed this on to my son but I fell asleep feeling at peace.

In the early hours of the morning my husband and I were woken up by my mobile phone going off with some random Facebook reel going nuts even though my phone was on silent.

I was so shocked as was my husband as this had never happened before and I double checked and my phone was indeed on silent!

When I picked my phone up it stopped.

The next morning I remembered the book and smiled to myself and said to myself ‘nice one Erik!’

I’ve now finished the book and laughed at the end when it stated that as I’ve read the book I am considered part of his family and to expect to be pranked!

He beat me to it!

I don’t know if Erik got through to my son but I have had a few WhatsApp messages from him since the incident so I live in hope.
