The ABCs of Erik:
A is for Alcohol. It has such a dense, low energy. It slowly turns the brain and the heart off. Some people, they like that experience because it sets them free, and that’s where the addiction comes in. It’s separating you from life experiences, but if it’s moderate, it doesn’t. It just loosens the strings. 10/19/12
B is for Body. The physical body is fed by the energetic body. If we could open that up and allow more energy through, shit, we could do amazing things. Seriously, Mom, we could stop bullets, we could light fires, we could telepathically communicate, we could feed ourselves. 2/21/11
C is for Coma. Yes. If they’re’ unconscious or they’re in a coma, uh, most of the time when they’re in a coma, their spirit is in the room, and so they have a firsthand experience about what people are saying and how their bodies were touched and who said goodbye. For them, it feels firsthand. If they were unconscious like if they were in a wreck or they fell, hit their head and went unconscious, normally they go ahead and cross over because there are no more lessons or learning involved in the death. Then in their life playback, they’re given an image or vision of what the surroundings were or what happened so that they can make peace with the death. 9/12/12
D is for Dream. Oh yeah. And lucid dreams can include trips to the afterlife while you’re sleeping, places you can visit on a soul level on the earthly plane—maybe something’s going on, something’s taking place, and you want to be witness to it—and lucid dreams might be when your deceased loved ones and guides visit you so you can spend time with them. Or sometimes a soul just wants to play and have fun and rest and enjoy itself. 7/30/11
E is for Exit Points. There are many reasons. Sometimes they choose this early exit point because they realize their life will be so painful. They can choose to help someone else. With stillbirths, miscarriages, and infant deaths, people learn about love, they learn about loss, and they learn that life is sacred. 3/8/11
F is for Fairies. There ARE these things, and they can be seen on earth. Like tree sprites and all that? Yeah. God, again it’s hard to explain. They’re other-dimensional, but they’re VERY connected to the earth. So this element of connection along with linear vs. nonlinear makes it hard for me to describe in language that you would understand. Elisa: How come you said before that some of these things like unicorns and dragons didn’t exist? Erik (chuckling): Hey, a guy can learn and change his mind, can’t he? 10/17/12
G is for the Grid. Elisa: Erik, you told me once that we’re approaching this kind of smoldering financial collapse and this plan to be off the grid and learn to connect again and enjoy the simplicity of life. You said they’ll be problems with food shortages, money shortages, etc. Days, weeks, even months at a time we’ll be knocked off the grid: solar flares, weird weather, magnetic pole shifts—this will knock some of our satellites out so we’ll be out of communication. Can I verify that? Veronica: You can. You heard clearly from Erik. This is the truth. It is indeed part of the plan, and it’s part of the earth going through its shift as many people predicted for 2012. It doesn’t mean that it’s all going to happen in 2012, but it means it’s all part of this shifting. Veronica: It doesn’t mean it’s all going to happen in 2012; it just means it’s all part of the whole shifting. Computers will also be out of whack. Everything’s going to be kind of shut down. People will have to rely on each other as neighbors helping neighbors and friends. 8/11/11
H is for Heaven. The grass here is purple, and it’s so beautiful. There’s flowers everywhere and you hear music all the time. They tell me that music is the link between Heaven and Earth. It’s vibrational. It’s so cool, Mom, all the information that you get from here, and it makes so much fucking sense. You know, when I was there with you, things didn’t make sense to me: the people and their problems, the wars and all of that disharmony—it just didn’t make any sense. There were so many contradictions—people saying one thing and doing another. But up here, it’s so different. It’s actually very beautiful. There are others here that I see, and there are even animals. Do you know that can talk to animals here. 10/4/10
I is for incarnate. All incarnations happen at once according to Erik since in the realm of spirit time does not exist. 1/9/13
J is for Jealousy. Jealousy is pretty much a self-destructive feeling, even though you’d think it would be external, you know, targeted to the other person. But really it’s you beating yourself up because you can’t or haven’t achieved what that other person has done. So, it’s about not being able to acknowledge your goal and then being able to achieve it. That brings on self-destruction. Yep, so migraines, headaches can stem from that. Also arthritis, stiffness in the joints. It’s like you can’t get up and try to do what the other person is doing. 6/14/11
K is for Karma. Karma is manmade. There is NO judgment in Heaven. 11/18/10
L is for Language. Language is a sore spot for me (Erik). It’s stupid. We don’t even open our mouths. We don’t even have to stand next to each other. It’s not even called telepathy, because it’s not a brain-to-brain activity. Think of it more as how a computer system communicates, you know, through the air, bouncing off the satellite dish and then to its directed source. (I thought he meant “target” but he clears this up later.) Think of it more mathematically, that my energetic body, my spirit, once it is thinking or feeling a concept, is being immediately directed to the source of what I’m thinking about or feeling about, and that source is experiencing it simultaneously, which, by the way is no new bullshit, because it’s exactly how the human body works. It’s just on different vibrational levels, but it’s exactly how the human body works, and it’s exactly how telepathy kind of goes.
M is for Money. So, abundance is infinite. The only thing in the way is your narrow awareness and weak intention. Most people just don’t believe they can create wealth, so they can’t. And some people don’t think they deserve it, so they don’t get it. A lot of people think the rich poor thing is unfair, so they just keep that idea going on and on. That idea of inequality is the reality the collective belief creates. 11/14/11
N is for Near Death Experience. Okay, so people who have near death experiences will sometimes go visit other friends or family members who are here, who have crossed over. Sometimes they will go into a place called “The Threshold.” 12/2/10
O is for Orbs. Most of them are dust particles. You can tell when they’re dust particles if they have like a fine line around the edge, um or when they’re like more defined looking—a defined line around the edge. If it seems to have a light source of its own and doesn’t have a defined edge, that’s what you can call a true spiritual orb. 3/22/11
P is for Paddleball. Okay, so the ball is the human spirit, and the paddle is Life Force, God Source. And the string, the elastic, is the subtle energy that keeps us all whole and connected. Sometimes when you pull away from God Source, your elastic’s really short, and you still have this intense connection and these memories. And those memories can go far back. Because you are part of God Source, you have all of the experiences and memories of what God has. Some of us, we have like that really long elastic cord, and we just wanted to get as far away as possible. And nobody is going to judge us for it. We just did it, and sometimes it’s just hard to get the ball back to the paddle. 1/9/13
Q is for Queer (sorry for the slur-it was for the collective good). They come in with the attraction for their same sex. Some of them say it’s DNA made or chemically made in the body and, whatever—they come in that way. And then there are some that, when they’re here, they’re undecided. Then they learn what they like and they have to stand up for it. I’m talking on a soul level, not a biological level. So it can be a learned behavior that fits their need. But you’re right, Mom! They have more of a sense of spirituality, because of the struggles they do go through. Some make a sacrifice to teach the collective. You’re also gonna find more of a population of bisexuals. People aren’t as verbal about it, though. 5/27/11
R is for Regression. And that’s when you can find a regression therapist to help you find the root. I don’t care where it exists, you can heal it. We’re not trapped three dimensionally in this one time frame like how we’ve been taught. We’re really not. We can exert ourselves beyond this space and time and create changes in other parallel lives. 12/19/12
S is for Suicide. Don’t do it if it’s not 100% your destiny, because your problems won’t go away with death. For instance, if you have a bad self-esteem, it’ll still suck. If you have problems with confidence, with intimacy, with openness, you’ll still have these problems when you cross, plus you’ll just feel so horrible about what you’ve done to those you love. On top of all that, you’ll have to clean up the mess you left behind with your loved ones and the destinies that have been altered by the ripple effect from your death. People who kill themselves are really shocked by that when they cross over. They think it’s a clean release with no more crap to deal with. And cleaning up all this type of shit is much harder to do in the afterlife. 11/ 28/10
T is for Tribe. In this group of followers (Channeling Erik), or this groups of spiritual seekers, there are people who are technicians or scientists who are gifted in many ways. They’ll find a way to create some kind of radio communication or some sort of way to get the word out. 8/11/10
U is for Universal Laws. Laws, no. No. Not as law, but respect, you know, universal boundaries, yeah. Law, fuck that shit. No. There’s nothing out there that says you gotta do it this way or obey it this way or it must be done like this. No. Everybody is allowed to be an individual, but able to achieve it to their own degree or in their own way. 10/21/12
V is for Victim. Jesus: I couldn’t understand, when I was a young boy, why people wouldn’t take care of themselves, that they would choose to become week, to become a victim. It pulled on the fabric of the energy all around us and weighed people down. 4/5/12
W is for White Light. Well, if you’re not sure what to send, send them white light. For your mom, use blue and indigo. 2/10/12
X is for Xtreme. Living on Earth, you get to be in a certain set of dimensions you can’t find anywhere else. It’s like only drinking Deer Park Spring Water. You have to go to the location to have the experience. Same with Earth. Many of us come back—I like to call it an extreme sports experience. We say extreme, because in these levels of dimensions we get very dense energy patterns that we don’t get to experience in Heaven or Home. They just don’t exist. That doesn’t make it better or worse; they just aren’t here. But they’re on Earth, and that’s why, um, a lot of us come back—so we can feel anger, jealousy, being pissed. We can feel touch, resistance, and sometimes through that excitement of having it again, we get caught up in the whole labeling system of right and wrong, yes/no, black/white, good/bad, good/bad, good/bad. 1/21/13
Y is for Yell. Erik (yelling and laughing at the same time): We already reincarnate on other planets and dimensions. 5/12/12
Z is for Zoo. Are there zoos in Heaven? Erik: Only if you want one. Animal life is really tough and it’s a great experience for a soul to live as one. ST: Human life is not tough? Erik: Your predator is yourself. The squirrel has coyotes, fox, dogs, owls, and the hits just keep on comin’, all to watch out for. So that’s tough, too. Harder to recognize a predator wearing your own costume. 11/3/12
