I’m pleased to introduce Ryan, one of Channeling Erik’s charter members and talented mediums who so graciously has volunteered to use his gifts to give us insight into various topics from time to time. What’s more, he and Erik have a wonderful relationship. Today’s topic: Free will. Enjoy.
My name is Ryan. I found the blog by a recommendation from a friend around the same time that I had started exploring my own psychic-ish abilities. I got guidance from Jason and eventually Erik about how to operate as a medium. I have been working for the last year and a half on trying to figure out how to be able to act as a medium without letting my voice through. I am finally to a point where I feel confident that I am doing this on a regular basis for people and am getting positive feedback. This is a short exchange I had that I found interesting when I went back and read it about the notion of “free will”. Thanks for reading. -Ryan

1. Why is free will so important if we are all One??
We join as one, we can exist as a collective, but are not one in the sense that this implies. There is no visual example that encompasses the complexity, but you are always you, and we are always we. Sometimes you are separate from we, sometimes we are all together. W are all each ourselves. We as a collective still have and keep free will, but joined or being as one, we can work together or play together, or just be together in a more precise and large way. Free will is the defining mark of the individual. I your world, and individual is visible, tangible, sensible in many ways. I ours, we are as well, but because the range of parameters is so vast, and the possibility to harmonize and collect is so complete, free will is the best marker for an individual. It’s your very soul. It’s much more than an ability, it is you. To be without free will is to not be.
God saying to himself “I give you free will! ” sounds dumb! As does going on about how important free will is so that we can all have “choice” but we were never given any “choice” to separate in the first place. Its like God tells us we have freewill and then is like “Psych! I was behind it all along and you’re just an extension of me!” What the hell!!?
There was not a choice given to exist. This is true. But the choice to stop existing is there and here. You can give up your self and no longer be. Your energy becomes part of the whole that is. It won’t bond directly to another conscience or entity, it will be the cycles themselves. This is the best term for understanding expanded reality.
2. The guy in the book I’m reading says “we are free, but we are free beings hemmed all around by an environment conspiring to make us feel that we are not free.” And he is describing Earth. He also says that other colonies aside from earth b y and large do not have this environment where evil is able to gain such a foothold. But I imagine these other realms or groups throughout the universes also have free will; is their freewill somehow less necessary or less impacting than ours is as earthlings who struggle against this environment that tells us we are not free?
If you study and understand the blocks of life, you can see how “evil” might have a stronger hold of humanity. Brutality is etched into the fabric of your planet in many ways. That fabric is worn and useless. The time is coming where you will weave it into a new, stronger material of exist ace. The story of life on earth is not that of evil or brutality. It is one of growth.
3. This author says “small particles of evil were scattered throughout the universe.” WTF? Seriously!!??? If so, why?????
This is a misunderstanding. Evil is always a choice. It can only be scattered through injury and misguidance. It’s not a spiritual hot lava game. (Guess who chimed in)
4.Did Erik make my rice cake look like a butthole? Because, GROSS.
No, but that is going to go into my bag of tricks for the others. I want everyone wondering why they see buttholes everywhere, and why they keep eating them.
