I’ve been talking with Kim and Heather about the multi-city tour, and we’re all getting so excited. We’re going to schedule one city a month, kicking it off in Sedona in July. Then we’ll make sure to get the cold weather cities like Vancouver, Chicago and NY in the summer and early fall and the hot weather cities in the winter. Kim was suggesting that, instead of going to New York City, we should go to the very spiritual and special city of Lily Dale. It’s by the water, which is kind of cool. Just in case, though, I’d like to poll you about that choice:

We’re also thinking about ditching Atlanta and replacing it with a spiritual-ish town in Florida. I know there’s one. Just can’t remember the name. Any ideas? I’d like to poll you on that one, too. 

The event in each city or town will last two days and will include a rock concert tour type t-shirt with all the locations and dates printed on the back, all activities and workshops, sessions, regular and trance channeling, etc. Breakfasts and lunches will also be included so it’ll be a very good deal, and we’ll all be very close and lifelong friends by the end. Me: Do you have anything else to share about this exciting movement? Any specifics?

Erik: Nope. You’ll find out when we get there.

Me: Why? Is it a surprise?

Erik: Yeah, kind of.

Me: Kind of a surprise. Well, can you give me a hint?

(Pause)

Me: What’s the first vowel? No, what letter does it start with? Is it bigger than a breadbox?

Heather laughs.

Erik (thinking): Hmm. What would be a good hint without giving it away?

Heather: I’m getting the feeling that he’s not supposed to talk about it much.

Me: Oh, okay. I don’t want to get you into trouble!

Erik: Yeah, Mom!!

Eileen laughs.

Erik: I would be put in a black time-out chair.

Me: Oh my god, the black time-out chair! Yes! We called it “The black time-out chair!”

Everyone laughs.

Me: But now the cats have pissed all over it, so it’s outside, airing out. We’re trying to figure out what to do with it. That’s just an aside. A little distraction. All right, so you pretty much told us what you can say?

Erik: Yes.

Me: What would happen if you told us? Would you really get into trouble?

Eileen laughs hard.

Erik: No, you can’t get into trouble here! It’d just be a dick move.

Me: Kind of a dick move?

Erik: Yeah.

Me: Oh, okay.

Erik: And it wouldn’t be in the best interests of everybody involved.

Me: Okay. Do you want to ask anything about that, Eileen?

Eileen is my publicist and is very into spirituality.

Eileen: Yeah, well on the topic of spirituality on our planet, there’s a lot of conversation now—and it could all go back to belief systems, but sometimes there’s more than belief systems happening. There’s a thought that as we get to the end of September, the energies are shifting and becoming more potent on the planet. People are talking about the Ascension and the energies coming down. Does he have any comments on the cycle that we’re in?

Erik: I help a lot with The Shift to keep it running smoothly. There are a lot of people that go through a rough time and these energy shifts happen or there are people who will read on a blog post or see on YouTube that something terrible is about to happen—doomsday. I try to help it not feel like doomsday or that it’s going to be a rough cycle to go through.

(Pause)

Heather: He’s pausing.

Erik: The end of September, it’s really felt like a low point for a lot of people. A lot of people were having a hard time, but that’s because everyone has been reflecting back on the things they’ve learned. It’s been kind of like a resting time because things are really going to start to pick up at the end of September, energy-wise. People are going to feel like they’re overwhelmed. There’s a lot of work going on with not just spirituality, but with Earth, in general. There are going to be a lot of changes happening. For instance, let’s talk about the election or politics. There’s a lot going on with that now. Once it hits the end of September, the beginning of October, things are going to really pick up a lot. That’s just a nonspiritual part of what’s going to pick up, but with those who are working, like in the case of mediums, energy healers, those who are more “awakened—“

Heather: He uses air quotes.

Erik: They’re going to start to feel excitement that something is just around the corner. They’re going to get a lot of work put on them, some through promotion and raises. Some will get more clients or a better boost in their energy, clearer channeling…

Heather (To Erik): Anything else? He kind of just trailed off on me. He’s mumbling.

Me: He’s a mumbler! By the way, before I forget, happy birthday, Erik. It’s coming up on Monday.

Heather: Oh my goodness!

Me (A hint of sadness in my voice): Yeah.

(Pause)

Me: We’ll celebrate with you, so be at the house Monday evening.

Erik: I’ll be there all day!

Me: Oh, goody. Okay.

Eileen: Awwww.

Heather (To Erik): Chocolate cake?

Erik: Chocolate.

Me: Of course.

Eileen laughs.

Heather: That’s all he said. “Chocolate cake!”

Me: You got it!

Erik: I’m going to hook up on somebody’s energy and taste the chocolate.

Me: Of course! All right, chocolate it is. I know that’s your favorite. Eileen, did you get your question answered?

Eileen: Well there’s talk about there will be people leaving the planet. Some won’t be able to handle the energy. Some will be going because their work is pulling them to other places. There’s this idea that—it’s not like the Rapture where everyone goes up. Well, maybe it is, but I don’t think so. Is there anything that’s like that—that marked shift—other than the increase in energy that seems to be increasing daily?

Heather: When you were saying the Rapture where everyone was going to be sucked up, he was twirling and going up in the air!

I laugh.

Heather: When you were talking about people leaving, he said, “walk-ins.”

Me: There will be walk-ins?

Erik: Yeah, a lot of walk-ins are going to start happening. It’s not like everyone is going to be replaced.

Heather and I chuckle.

Erik: But a big handful of people will be leaving, some that—

Heather: He’s talking about ETs now.

Eileen: Talking about what?

Heather: Now he’s talking about ETs. Extraterrestrials. Sorry.

Eileen: Right. Right.

Erik: There are some that—I don’t want to make it sound like, you know, they’re going to go off into a spaceship, and they’re going to let out into space. There’s going to be more contact and people are going to be, not abducted, because they’re not going to be taken against their will, but it’s something that was contracted, something that they agreed upon. They’ll be making more contact because this contact is going to help nonhumans. It’ll help the extraterrestrials become more accustomed to being around humans. They need to get used to us, too. We’re just as creepy and scary to them!

Me: Oh!

Erik: They need to build up the trust and become more familiar with us and our different habits. It’s like being introduced to a whole other culture. So they’re being exposed to our culture. More and more people are agreeing to make contact to help with the different aliens who come to Earth who will eventually make open contact with everybody once we hit a certain point in our ascension.
