Erik Here! Hi Everyone! I love each and everyone of you so much, and I really understand how hard life can be at times. Especially the times when what we are experiencing causes pain or sadness . You may find yourself reading this and questioning your experience right now. You may be wondering…”why me?”
Sometimes the answers are not going to mean that you are suddenly okay with what your circumstances are, but with the practice of accepting what is. The Universe can open doors, avenues and things that you were not able to see before. You always have a choice to believe in better for yourself, and when you back that belief up with Love, there is no limit to what can happen. The core beliefs in the family or community/society you were born into may be repeating in your mind. Questioning and doubting what you feel in your heart is true. That’s ok. It’s just a pattern, and it was given to you. You decide if you want to continue believing it or not. There is so much more for you, and if it is a nice hot cup of coffee in your favorite mug, be grateful. If it is the gentle patter of the rain when going to sleep, be grateful. If it is the song on the radio that makes you feel good, be grateful. Gratitude is a powerful currency, and with some effort each day that gratitude will help you move through the discomfort. Remember, embracing the discomfort is also important. Everything has it’s purpose, and through every rainstorm the sun and rainbows will always come. Trust that your answers will too!
