Hi everyone! It’s the eldest daughter writing to let you know that I’ve given Channeling Erik a shiny new facelift (because my mom doesn’t look a day over 29 so I had to do it on someone).

You’ll notice that things are not only a lot easier to read, comment, and navigate, but that things will load super fast. Finally. Also, the forums are back! (Yay)

Please bear with us as we work out any unforeseen kinks or hiccups along the way that, let’s be honest, likely will occur.

Also, I am working on a new commenting system which will be faster, prettier, and easier for most of you to use. It is called Disqus and the first time you use it you can choose to set up your Disqus profile (much like you have a username on Channeling Erik, you can make one exactly the same) or you can just enter your name and email address as you have always done. It’s up to you! Once you do that you shouldn’t have to enter the information again in the future. A minute of your time for a lifetime of easier commenting! Thanks!

I’m just soooo proud of my eldest for the work she did on the Channeling Erik blog! She didn’t go to bed until 4:00 AM! She’s still working on some things such as the font size being a bit small and the comments not threading properly, but all of these will be hashed out in time. If you have trouble seeing the text, you can click control + for Windows and command + for Mac to magnify it. Note that we also have the forums and other elements back! I will resume posting tomorrow. It’s all about Kurt!
