The Two-fer

The Erik stories keep coming in faster than I can post them, so I think I’ll post two at a time sometimes. These are wonderful. Thanks for submitting them, guys!

Story One

June 16, 2015 We all know that when it rains, it pours. Believe it or not. In the last two months, two of my dogs have had surgeries which totaled 5,000 dollars. My daughter and son-in-law both lost their jobs and returned home. They both have new jobs but I have been helping them with car payments, insurance, gas, etc. I am the sole supporter for a large household because my husband is disabled. Needless to say, money it tight right now. I came home from work last night, and the water heater had gone out. I tried to light it at least ten times, up and down the stairs I would go cause you have to wait at least 10 minutes for the gas to clear out before you try again. I finally gave up. I was distraught and almost to the point of tears. I was watching the video of Erik and the angels and I said, “Erik, I can’t afford to fix the water heater, come and down and help me, please” I went down the stairs and low and behold, it lit. The funny thing is I knew it was going to light before it lit. I came upstairs and I told my family, “Erik fixed the water heater”, and they said, “who’s Erik”, and I said, my friend. Thank you Erik. He knew I was in a bind and he worked his magic and fixed it. It was one of those wow moments.

Story Two

I could not find the cheese slicer. Anywhere. A lot of things in my house move around and may be misplaced, but really never the cheese slicer. Don’t need it out of the kitchen. I had spent thought about this particular one cause the blade has waves and it ads a little extra to the taste, as from what I remember from my grandparent’s house and nice family breakfasts. I recently got this type back in my house from years and years of cutting cheese without waves. U understand my fascination and see why I missed it after a few days, not in the drawer, not in the dish washer. I searched the house, waited it out but no cheese slicer anywere. Then after one week I open the drawer one morning and there it is, completely opposite direction of how I normally put it and on top of everything else….are u kidding me?
The day after this I was going to grab my car key to go shopping. Sometimes I put it in the stairs and sometimes on the hook. This time it was not, it was in my folded wallet, like a nice packet to grab when I go. I never put it like this in my life. Then I drive to work the next morning, silent neighbourhood without heavy trafic. Never the less i pass a trailer with a yellow name sign in the front window. It spells out ERIK. All of this is quite some weeks ago, and I have been rationalised it and kept myself from telling. I have been trying different hints of how to communicate with spirit and loved ones. I have been asking for what I just read the other day if u don’t get signs then ask them to make it stronger. What urged me to write this encounter story is the last two days of load rumbling noise in or outside my house, with some shaking involved. I have ran outside to have a look for something fallen or exploded and I have taken hasty tours of the house to see that everything is ok, and it is. I feel like sharing these happenings is a step of acknowledgement of spirit, something I do internally, but don’t really know how to do around others. I have been shutting it off and want to open.
