My son was taken from me 17 years ago in an adoption scam. I was told I would have visitations and after 2 years for no reason they shut off all contact. I’ve updated all my info with the agency, but I only know his first name. PLEASE PLEASE will I see him again in this life? I just want to tell him at least once how much I LOVE him!
General question:
I I have asked to see my Spirit guides Angels or you Erik in any kind of physical form at any time and have tried to drop expectations and just kept my third eye open but I have seen no forms no visions nothing even close I was wondering is it just not possible for some people to see with their physical eye even after doing many many meditations releasing expectations and just trying to go with the flow it can be disappointing at times and I just wanted some advice on what else I can possibly do to stay open thank you for all that you do we love you!

Erik at your service here! First, let’s address the name you used to sign your question. Do you doubt that you are already a medium? What you want, is already what you are. Don’t compare how you perceive abilities that others have as “the way” of being a medium ok? There is a key to mediumship, well, anything in life for that matter. The key is in your belief, and how you choose to perceive yourself. Yes, that is a choice. Take ownership of the idea that you already have the skills and abilities within you to do what you want to do. You are simply on the road to discovery of them. The most painful lessons in this life, will come with beautiful gifts. If you are willing to work on receiving them. You will see your Son again. He too will be on a path of searching. Never underestimate the power of a bond. Right now you cam communicate with your son through his higher self. Although the physical connection is not happening in your reality currently, you can still strengthen your bond energetically. Some things that will help, will be journaling, writing him letters, and notes. This will give your connection a physical space to create. It will help release pain, and heal your suffering so you can feel more at peace. You currently receive feelings and impressions by image and thought. Try not to discount what you are already receiving from spirit . We show ourselves in many ways, and with focus and perseverance, that will grow into more. (Erik also likes the tunes you have been listening to lately, and he is sending you a song. Pay attention to the lyrics)

Hi Susan! It’s me Erik!
We have your Handsome son Matt here! He has a pretty good sense of humor, and we have been playing with your dog! (they have been showing me a ball being tossed, and lots of outdoor scenery. Did Matt like the outdoors? Erik has camping gear with him. Matt feels similar to Erik’s energy, and must have been able to make people laugh. Your dog must have enjoyed Jumping on the ones he loved, as there is lots of doggie jumping going on!)

Hi Mom!! I know this was a tough loss for you. We are doing good, and we have been sitting on your bed at night. Do you feel us? I have also been tapping you on your head lately. Sometimes you turn around and expect to see me right there. I just want you to know, that it’s because I am there. I love you!! Everything is okay. ( They have given me the visual of a ball being thrown, and your dog chased it, in reference to transitioning. That it was joyful, and easy crossing) If you are wondering if matt and Erik have come together to visit you, the answer is yes. Sending you lots of love,

Yes, I need guidance. I know I’m here for more. I’m afraid because I don’t know where to go, who to speak with. I wrote you when my mom passed, and your message was beautiful and gave me hope. But who do I speak to begin my journey? It has been extremely hard financially getting back on track. But I know for sure I’m here for a spiritual reason, I feel it all the time, but how or where or who do I go to.

Jackie! I like the sound of Jackie! Listen, we hear you, and it’s been a tough go losing your mom. I know you have some other stuff going on too. Your mom wants you to know that you will always be her child, and she will continue to guide you all. She wants you to know that she is doing well, and she jokes that the food isn’t too bad up here!!
Losing a loved one, is like losing your compass. Where now? How? Who? You are awakening to deeper truth about yourself. First thing we want to tell you is to grieve. Be with your grief. Give yourself the compassion and sweetness of thoughts and patience that you deserve. You ARE here for a reason. Several. The one that will take you to more answers is your most important reason for being here. That is to fully accept who you are, and to fall in love with yourself. You have just started a new book of life. Think of yourself as a child that is newly discovering the world, and with that, you decide what is written in your book! Take some time to reflect on who you are today, and who you would like to become. You can ignite this by reading about spiritual information you are drawn to and keep a notebook to record any questions that arise. Find out what you are drawn to. You have other members of your family that will also receive benefit from your growth, Start there, and trust all you need to move forward will always be provided to you in the time you need it. You have many in spirit rooting for you!

I am born and raised in Scotland but have lived the last 20+ years in Sweden! Lately, I have felt the urge to go back “home”. What is the best country for me to live in going forward? Sweden, Scotland or perhaps have a home in both countries?

Here is his answer to your question,
Chris, my man!
I like your style! You have a heart that is built right within Scotland. You have been connected to that region of the world many times in previous lives, and your soul is often drawn back there. That is why you have this deep-rooted connection. Now, Sweden has offered you many things. You also have had lifetimes there as well. You have fallen in love, as well as met people that are family in this life, in Sweden. It is of no surprise that you feel that draw to both locations. Is it that you would fare better at one location over another? No, not really. You would make a home in either location, or you would prove life to be abundant wherever you go! What we can share with you from spirit perspective is that you are always going to feel a stronger pull to Scotland. You have less resistance in your energy settling there. You will also have an option if residing in Scotland to have a part-time residence. Possibly for a couple months at a time. You may either own or co own it with someone else, or rent /time share it. Your heart leads you well Chris, and know by following it, you will never be led astray.

I have a question for the Ask Erik blog. I’d like to know is there a spiritual significance for those who are ‘late bloomers’ in life. For me personally, does being a late bloomer have anything to do with having a numerology life path of 33 (from what I’ve read this is a rare number).

Both Erik and I are here to answer your question.
When you bloom into your Spiritual Awakening, Abilities can have many different reasons. For you, Erik has given some specifics. If we first understand that every number carries a vibration, we can look at the number 33, and get some information from it. #33 carries the vibration of the ascended masters. That indicates that you are here to lead, and show the way for others. Many that are on this Earth as Spiritual Leaders, Philosophers, humanitarians, Teachers and healers share this in common.

You have walked on the earth in this life as a call to your souls’ growth and to the greater good of humanity. As a Healer, and teacher you were called upon by the higher realms to help other souls’ step into light. What can be most confusing for you is that the path you walked in this life has been challenging. You never quite understood where you fit, and even though you may have known on some level, you walked this physical earth with one foot on the ground, and the other in multiple realms. You had to be the underdog to defend the underdog. Your loyalty has sometimes created you to overextend yourself, and your blooming came at the perfect, and divine time.
