Fear of Failure

Confession time. I have a lot of little quirks in my behavior, so let me share one. I prefer baths to showers and when I get out of the bathtub, I rush to dry off, get dressed and do whatever else I need to do. The goal: to be out of the bathroom before the tub fully drains. Of course, I cheat. If it looks like I’m not going to finish in time, I close the drain for a while. So weird. And so random.

Here’s a couple of pictures of the Beltway near my house that I took yesterday. The depth of the water is around 30-40 feet, and it’s going to be there for a while! The devastation is horrible here, and there’s the constant drone of Blackhawk and Chinook helicopters in the air. Very sad.

Enjoy today’s Rolling with Erik. The topic: Fear of Failure.
