But first, a couple of things:
Most important, of course, like everyone else, I’m very upset by the horrific, long-standing racism among law enforcement. I’m hoping you all agree that there are those who are kind-hearted and motivated by love and compassion, but the rotten apples spoil the entire barrel. I’m particularly triggered by police brutality because Erik was the innocent victim of it, and I’m sure it contributed to his ultimate decision to take his life.
That said, I plan to do a session with Erik on what we, as humanity, can do to transform the way law enforcement operates. I think it needs to entail less force and authoritativeness and more communication and understanding. As for the murder of Mr. Brooks, why couldn’t the officers just move his car to a safe place and call him an Uber to take him home to his family?
This all represents an opportunity for the collective to move from a duality/conflict ridden consciousness to a unity consciousness and the transformation of law enforcement would represent one such metamorphosis.
I’m finally interviewing George Floyd today. (Not all mediums were eager to channel him, for obvious reasons.) I’ll be sure to ask his advice.
