Thankfully, Emma’s daughter is home and she used all of yesterday to do some much needed housekeeping and answer hundreds of emails. Dear Elisa,
I am not quite clear how relevant this is, but I am delighted to have introduced Erik to one of my most cherished university courses. I am a professor (from Mozambique, having awakened from an unduly atheist slumber) at Virginia Tech who for whatever happy reason came in contact with the Erik phenomenon (read both books, watched every interview etc, but had also devoted much time researching the whole “lot”: Cannon, Newton, Bashar, aliens, etc, etc, etc).
I simply couldn’t keep my personal transformation out of my teaching and so decided to develop a course on Death, the Afterlife, Extraterrestrials, and the ‘You-niverse.” It’s been a blast, the most rewarding teaching experience of my life!
Students are watching you, Erik, and Jamie or Kim. We are about to enter into serious discussions based on “Channeling Erik.” Please, let Erik know I could do with some of his….interventions! He’s most welcome to be a guest-lecturer, should he wish so. (!)

This morning I decided to make kind of a life goal list. One of the areas in my life I need to really work on is my extreme procrastination. So this evening I called into the show and when you introduced the topic of “Procrastination and Laziness”, my jaw dropped and I immediately thought, “Erik was watching me”! I didn’t get a chance to talk to you all on the air, but I wanted to say thank you, Erik, even if you weren’t watching you are a huge inspiration to me. I am re-listening to your book and it’s just as great as the first time. Thank you Elisa, Erik, and all of the wonderful Erik interpreters.
