Just an FYI: I might not post Thursday because I have so, so much to do to prepare for our Spring Break trip to see family in Norway. I’ll try, but no promises. 🙂

Here’s another brilliant session with Erik channeled by our resident medium, Kate Sitka!
Erik: Helloooooooo!!!!! (Admonishes / teases me a bit for taking so long to get settled.)
Kate: Where did we leave off?
Erik: You wanted to talk about the Jesus thing for Easter, but you didn’t write that on your blog, do you wanna talk about it now? How much have you forgotten? Tell them about your life!
Kate: Okay folks, a quick update: The tumour in my mother’s head came roaring back last week, treatment is keeping her really comfortable, so far so good. But, it’s aggressive and they can’t do anything to treat the growth itself, just manage the symptoms. Last week as well, thanks to a lot of divine intervention, my partner and I got a new house and we’ll be moving at the end of the month. We’ll be doubling our living space; I’ll have an office, it will be fantastic. So really exciting news and really sad news all in one week – capped off by my sister getting engaged! She’s getting married on March 15th! So seriously, there has been a lot going on.
I had this “Jesus moment” just over a week ago, and I meant to write about it at the time… but I got a bit distracted by all the major life events. Erik was planning on riffing off of it, so Erik, what now?
Erik: Should I bring the big man in?
Kate: Sure, do you want to be a go-between please? (It’s hard to not cry when talking to Jesus directly.)
Erik: You’re such a wimp!
Kate: I’m a softie.
Erik: Nah, takes balls to talk about this. Hang on:
(Doorbell rings, that’s so funny. I have this image in my mind of a warm living room with white couches, cream plush shag carpeting, green leafy plants like peace lilies, and there’s Jesus ringing the doorbell. There’s a fireplace with a mantle that has doilies on it!)
Jesus: I can stay out here!
Kate: Come on in, I can hold it together.
Erik: (Gives Jesus a handshake and a CHEST BUMP.)
Kate: I love and appreciate irreverence around revered / elevated figures, not to be disrespectful. OH YEAH! It all comes back to me now.
Okay. Last week I had this information download about Jesus, not being a singular consciousness.
Erik: YEAH BABY! FUCK YEAH! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!!!
Kate: E do you want to talk?
Erik: So Here’s the thing that’s so tough for people to understand: Singularity, individuality, it’s an illusion. We’re all expressions of the same love / god source, you get it? The only reason we seem to be separate is the soul bubble thing – our individuality is a microcosm of the universe. You’ve heard it before, but do you really understand it? That’s what we’re talking about. J – you go!
Jesus: (Shows me his forehead up close, and many bubbles inside his head.)
Kate: Okay, so let me attempt to wrap English around this: The thing that I saw a week ago, was this idea that you, Jesus, are not an individual consciousness like I am. There’s Kate, her personality and the rest of the world. Here’s Erik, his personality –
Erik: (interjects) in all his non-corporeal hotness –
Kate: and never the twain shall meet, right? We’re separate, we feel separate. But you, Jesus, you’re different. It’s possible to feel this unity with you. Please, help me to explain that.
Jesus: It is possible to feel every one as their connection to God. I (am blessed to / am able to) remind you how to experience each other in this old way. This is how spirit sees each other, right from the center of (source / god).
Kate: I’ve heard the “Ascended Master” explanation, and you know that doesn’t really satisfy me (Erik & I talked about it before, click here). What makes you different? Is there another way to explain it?
Jesus: (smile / chuckle) There are a million ways to explain it! There are (of course) a million ways to experience it too, why are you so fascinated by it?
Kate: Because,
Erik: She wants to get inside you, Jesus.
Kate: Erik, you’re going to get me stoned.
Erik: Babe, you’re the one living in the land of the BC Bud.
Kate: But yeah, the less sexual thing that Erik said – Why was I able to synch up and see how you’re able to be everywhere at once? How can I explain it right now, so that people reading will understand and get the most they can out of it? Help me with the words, please!
Jesus: YOU were able to simply see what existed on the level of your consciousness at the time. This is consciousness expansion, (shows me the expanding universe, a giant donut feeding back into itself.) The art of raising your consciousness out of your physical incarnation, to expand your awareness through multidimensional existence, is something gained by practice. For some it’s meditation and prayer. For others it’s in the practice of serving / assisting others. Empathy is the road to God / Me.
Kate: Erik, do you see what I’m trying to get at? What do you think happened, is that all it is? Is Jesus different from you or me? I always kind of thought Jesus was a fairly regular guy, gifted with intelligence, a personality that wasn’t afraid to go against the grain, a good dollop of intuition / healing instinct, and a spiritual leader for sure, but I never really thought, until last week, that his consciousness was fundamentally different from yours or mine.
Erik: HE ISN’T! That’s the awesomeness of it all! Kate, fuck, I wish you could get this. Hang on.
(pause for about ten seconds)
Erik: Okay. All you’re seeing when you sensed Jesus on that level is *exactly* the “ascended” part of being an ascended master. And yeah yeah, ranks in heaven are kind of bullshit, but it’s a framework that’s useful so stay with me:
Okay, are you ready to get your mind blown? Here it is:
Shows the Soul Bubbles conversation and the No Wrong Way to Die conversation.
So you know how a consciousness can bubble off, and go experience an alternate timeline? That’s why past life recall can get so complicated. You can have overlapping past lives and concurrent lives to this one right now. Multiple soul bubbles, all going off on their separate ways.
Except they AREN’T really separate. Not really. Only for the purposes of phase / conversion .
Kate: What did you just say about phasing and conversion?
Erik: So you go from one timeline to another parallel, concurrent reality. You’re shifting phases. That’s all I mean. When you EXPAND your awareness to perceive more than one timeline at once, THAT IS WHAT YOU SEE! That’s a “God Moment” right there, and people meditate for YEARS to be able to catch a glimpse of it – but it’s easier to do now than ever, and sometimes people experience it just by standing in line at the grocery store!!!!
(Erik is super-worked up and excited.)
Erik: So when you had that “God moment” with Jesus last week, and this clarity that “Jesus is accessible within all people) it’s fucking true. Tell her! (he practically orders Jesus to speak which I find hilarious.)
Erik: I had Roman roots.
Kate: (My mouth falls open. Oh no he didn’t!!!!) I just have to sit here and let the shock of that one pass. Wow, man! I can’t believe you just said that.
Erik: You’ve known me for how long now???
(Jesus is smiling.)
Jesus: The discomfort is associated with expansion.
(This is why Erik is so good at what he does – he doesn’t give a shit about anyone’s comfort zone, he identifies boundaries of comfort zones as indications of where the learning / expanding needs to take place.)
Jesus: I am no different, as you say. I can be perceived as being different, due to the (network).
Kate: (Jesus just showed me the earth, with a spider-web of connections lit up like Christmas tree lights, representing the connection / energy pattern he has with humans on earth. )
So, Jesus, that connection through you to everyone else is, what, like a neuron pattern in a brain? It’s a well-worn path because so many people talk to you and identify with you?
Jesus: Yes, and this is true of many others! The reincarnating Dalai Lama is many “soul bubbles” encapsulated in a single being.
Erik: Oh hey, I have a question: Jesus, is there like a club for deities? Do you all just hang out and bitch about the humans?
Jesus: (throws his head back and laughs in a loud bark.) No! Perhaps we will create one! Those of us you (classify / refer to as deities) are all too busy to be still and commiserate!
Kate: I have one: Are there deities of other planets? I would assume so, but do you know each other?
Jesus: (refers to the concept of “deity” as I’m using it and gently jokes about how I’ve gone from bucking the idea of “ascended masters” and gone straight to “deity”.)
Kate: I think I have angels and deities in the same category in my head. All of the profits, messengers, the ones who are really plugged in who did really great things for humanity while they were here, or those who are understood to exist by other cultures.
Erik: Deities would be a great conversation for the next post, Kate. You have this problem with authority, so that’s why you hate to say “master” – and that’s some past life shit for you anyway. But you have no problem with deities and angles, because in all your lives, all your complex forms of being, you’ve always looked to and relied upon those forces and beings outside of yourself. You’ve always been able to feel them. Some lives you talk about it, others you didn’t. (Reminds me of when I was little and used to talk directly to God. I explain that here.)
Kate: I feel like I haven’t made a lot of progress on this one – it’s one of those things, you have to see it to believe it. What’s our Quick & Really Dirty Tip for telepathic communication today?
Erik: Okay, the whole reason I wanted to bring this up is people are looking for that “God moment” and as Kate here has demonstrated; “God moments” don’t suddenly make sense of the whole crazy world, not all at once. You’ve got to keep having them. But sometimes, you have to start by *recognizing* them when they DO happen! For a lot of people, their “God moments” are common sense! They’re waiting for this big psychic bang to happen, and instead they don’t even notice it’s already happened, like, twenty times already. And they think “I’m out here meditating and reading and studying, why the hell can’t I have an existential moment of pure bliss, dammit!?!”
So here it is:
Go for a fucking walk. DO NOT plug your earphones in. DO NOT talk to anyone. (Well you can nod hello, but the idea here is to take all of that internal talkiness and set it aside.)
Go for a walk, and let your consciousness “ping” off of the people around you, one at a time. Think of it as throwing your voice. Or like psychic eco-location. Throw your consciousness at someone and see what you get back in return.
Kate: Do you want to talk about psychic protection / cleansing / grounding? You have to clean all that off if you’re going to go collecting information from people’s energy fields.
Erik: Most of y’all who are interested have taken Jamie’s classes, (learn it live, Jamie Butler) and Kate, you’ve done a lot of work there too – y’all should check them both out because there’s never too much information. Kate and Jamie like you to wear your seatbelts. (Shows me a condom, like, play safe folks!)
Kate: So Erik, what about privacy / boundaries? I gotta say I’m really surprised you’re recommending people just ping off of perfect strangers. Isn’t that kind of a violation of their privacy?
Erik: No, because they’re not fully psychic / invasive. They’re just cleaning up the energetic litter – they’re not picking up on anything the person isn’t practically screaming for the whole world to hear anyway.
Kate: Psychic garbage picking.
Erik: More like picking up after the psychic litter-bugs. It’s good for the environment, see?
Kate: What about if they get something they feel they want to take action on?
Erik: Then take action on it – go talk to the person.
Kate: SERIOUSLY! Dude, in my experience walking up to strangers with random information does not go well!
Erik: (Makes a face.) Kate, let’s just say we have different approaches to teaching. It’s that comfort zone thing again. But thanks for not editing or anything, this is why I like working with you.
Kate: Yeah, hey man, I could never edit you. You’d probably prank me or something, right? Make my house smell?
Erik: Kate, I would never prank you. (Chivalrous bow.)
Kate: YOU HAVE TOTALLY pranked us! You hide things and then give it back!
Erik: Only when I feel neglected and need a little love!!!
Kate: We love you, Erik.
Erik: Awww. I might just cry.
