In an effort to get through as many of the Ask Erik questions as possible for those of you who have been waiting so patiently for the word for word transcript, I skipped an earlier section of my session with Kim O’Neill from September 21st. As I return to that segment, I see that it would have been better to transcribe that before yesterday’s post. You’ll see what I mean shortly. Consider it a prequel, then. If Star Wars can do it, so can I, right? Enjoy.
Channeling Transcript
Me: Okay, here’s something interesting. Robert is 39, lives in Pearland. Jason is 37 and lives in Minneapolis.
Kim: Gotcha.
Me: They don’t know each other, but both of them have emailed me to say that Erik is around them a lot, teasing them, playing with them, hanging out with them…
Kim chuckles.
Me: And they say that Erik has graduated to a higher level now and is coming in the capacity to teach and learn. Robert, I mean Jason knows all of his guides and stuff, sees them, uh, they’re both very intuitive. It’s just funny the banter they have with Erik. It’s so similar to Erik’s sense of playfulness and his personality. So, what’s up with that? What’s going on?
Kim: Let’s see. Let’s look at Jason first. Let’s ask Erik. I hear him laughing! Erik’s laughing. And he says he and Jason used to be brothers, twins, in some past lifetimes, and so they are platonic soulmates. Um, um, boy oh boy oh boy! They are great friends; they have a very close relationship. It’s like two platonic soulmates reuniting. So when Erik wants to kick back and, um, like, uh, he’s showing me a picture of kicking back in a recliner while watching a big screen TV. When he wants to kick back and, you know, enjoy friends, he likes to look up Jason. It’s like they’re equals. Erik is in the capacity of a guardian angel and so is Jason here on the earthly plane.
Me: Ah!
Kim: And if we ask about Robert…Robert. (Pause) Robert has been Erik’s father in a number of past lifetimes, and there’s a totally different relationship between Robert and Erik and between Jason and Erik. Erik is teacher and student for Robert and vice versa.
Me: Teacher and student?
Kim: Yes. Erik is learning from Robert. Robert has had many past lifetimes as a teacher, as a scholar, an academic and spiritual scholar. Erik is learning from him, from his soul, and Robert is learning from Erik, he’s remembering what the Universe is really all about: about the earthly plane, the heavenly plane, how closely linked they are, how beings can go from one to the other and communicate back and forth.
Me: Those are some big lessons!
Kim: Yes, and Erik is reminding Robert of all of this, because Robert is going to go on and teach others about his. Robert is supposed to go on, as part of his life’s work, and be a transchannel. Oh my God! Oh my God! Listen to this! He’s supposed to go on to be a transchannel, and do you know what that is, Elisa?
Me: No, I have no idea.
Kim: Okay, you know there are generally two different types of channeling. The kind like I do where I stay conscious, but I pass along verbatim what I’m hearing; I’m the messenger.
Me: Right.
Kim: Okay, um, like a conduit. Then there’s transchanneling where if someone were standing in front of a group, they’d be able to see this person.
Me: Oh yeah, that’s right. I’ve heard of this. It’s supposed to be really unusual. I know there was one woman who was very famous for it.
(Actually, at this point I thought she was talking about mediums who actually bring forth the materialization of the deceased. Oops.)
Kim: And then they come out of it, and they don’t remember what was said and…
Me: Cool! Now what is Erik supposed to learn from Robert?
Kim: I will answer that question in a sec. Erik is going to be speaking through Robert. So Robert is going to become a transchannel, speak in front of groups, and Erik will speak through him.
Me: Wow! We’ll have to have him on the radio show for sure, then!
Kim: I see it in front of groups, like Robert setting up speaking engagements, private speaking engagements like in hotels, ballrooms. And Robert is supposed to write a book about something like, “Conversations with Erik” or “My Friend Erik.” So Erik is helping to initiate him into his life’s work.
Me: Awesome!
Kim: So let’s see, what is Erik learning from him…(pause) It’s like he’s soaking up everything Robert has learned in past lifetimes that’s part of his soul’s memory bank. He’s soaking it up like a sponge. And this is one of the reasons he’s able to move forward so quickly. Erik’s been working and working and working to mature, evolve, and he’s done an AMAZING amount of work! The amount of work he’s done is just phenomenal just since the last time you and I talked.
Me: Oh good! It’s amazing, because he seemed to have such a poor work ethic when he was here on the earthly plane. What happened, Erik?! Wow, I guess now you don’t have all that baggage weighing you down!
Erik: It’s more than that, Mom. I’ve learned what happens if I don’t do the work, and I’ve learned what happens if I do do the work. See, every time you do the work, you get a reward, and that reward is something you feel inside of yourself. It’s such a sense of achievement and accomplishment.
Me: Yeah.
Erik: And I’ve learned what it means to be of service to others to the fullest extent. But I keep thinking, “I wish I could do more! I wish I could do more!”
Me: Awww!
Kim: So he keeps evolving, and so then he can do more. The more we evolve, the more we can be of service to others. That, now, is what drives him. He is ON TRACK!
Me: Good!
Kim: Full of purpose! He is unbelievably motivated!
Me: So he does some guide work now, I guess? Is that what you’re doing now, Erik?
Erik: Oh, yeah, of course. That’s what I’m doing through you, Mom!
Kim: Yes, Elisa. That’s what he’s doing through you and all of the individuals who are attracted to Channeling Erik!
Erik: Mom! Mom! The two of us are working as guardian angels! The two of us!
Me: What? Well good.
Kim: You know what he’s showing me? Awww, it’s so cute! Although he wouldn’t appreciate that word, cute. He has a little goatee! Oh, it looks so cute!
Me: Yeah, he used to grow one every once in a while.
Kim: Oh he did? Aww!
This weekend, Michelle and I are going to attend Kim’s Angel Boot Camp. Two other blog members are joining us, so I can’t wait to meet them for the first time. I’ll let you all know how the workshop went when I return. This means I might not be able to post entries this weekend, but I’m hoping you’ll all review earlier posts for fun. This is actually good timing, because I sliced part of my right thumb off with a mandolin while cutting tomatoes, and every time I hit the spacebar, I wince. Plus, I’m getting a bit tired of wiping the bloody marks off with alcohol swabs. Gross, huh? I told you guys I was a total klutz! Do you believe me now?
